Lava International has announced the launch of a new Android tablet in the Indian market. Part of the company’s QPAD-series, the new Lava QPAD R704 has been priced at INR 8,499 and will go on sale in the coming days.
The Lava tablet features a 7-inch 1024x600p IPS display, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM and outdated Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The QPAD R704 also packs 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, and 2MP front as well as rear cameras.
In addition, Lava has included 3500 mAh battery, 3G, voice-calling, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, and USB-OTG support on the tablet. It also comes with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge technology, which provides 30 percent faster charging.
